Bill Gates has published a book on addressing climate change. Accompanying the book, Gates’s Breakthrough Energy organization released a comprehensive roadmap of policies that are necessary to avoid a climate change calamity.
The Climate Policy Playbook draws, among other things, on a paper by Prof. Dr. Claudia Doblinger (Innovation and Technology Management, TUM Campus Straubing) published in Research Policy in 2019 (“Governments as partners: The role of alliances in US cleantech startup innovation”).
